Angelica or archangelica is the herb of angels, a plant with virtues and benefits. Firmenich perfumer Nicolas Bonneville has gone to meet this spirit. In the top notes, Angelica seed is combined with star anise to create a fresh, green fragrance. A duo of pink and black peppers takes over to create a floral heart, sublimated by jasmine absolute with iridescent facets. In the background, the unsettling scent of angelica seed rain is accentuated by patchouli.
